A beautiful landscape begins with a creative design. A creative design is the vision of the customer brought to life. At Dean Bjorkstrand Inc., we work side-by-side with our customers to create memorable environments for people to enjoy. Landscape development requires balancing living and nonliving materials into a beautiful, sustainable creation. We strive to create a landscape environment that will elevate the overall beauty as well as serve the purpose intended.
Consultation
An initial consultation consists of a 30 - 60 minute meeting and walk through at your property. During the walk through, Dean will recommend design concepts that best fit your landscaping needs. A written proposal will then be provided that outlines landscape design and costs. The consultation fee averages $75 - $125 depending on the detail of your project. Design
Some projects require a formal scaled drawing. If a scaled drawing is needed for your project the cost will be provided to you at the time of our consultation (most design drawings are $400 - $1,200 depending on the scope of your project). A 50% down payment is required. Upon completion of your design, Dean will review your plans and cost proposals with you. The payment balance is due at this meeting. If needed, revisions will be made. Drawings and design concepts are yours to keep. You will receive a credit if we install your landscape (5% of the total installation cost up to the total cost of your design drawing).
